Cleaning things!

When cleaning out your guineas, you will need quite a few things to ensure that they are nice and clean so you may want to consider this on going cost when purchasing your pet.
Guinea pigs should be cleaned out at least once a week but go by the cleanliness (depending on the amount of guineas, the more often they will need cleaning out) .

Here are a few of the average costs of the things you will need:

1. Wood Shavings - Around £8 for a large bag (lasting around 2-3 months)
2. Bucket to put wood shavings in - Around £3 (lasts until in breaks really)
3. Bin Bags - Around £1 - £2 (lasts a long time as you only need 1)
4. Pet Safe disinfectant - £2 - £3 (Lasts around 3 months)
5. Tissue - £1 - £2 (Lasts based on how much you use...)
6. Dustpan and Brush - Around £1 (Again lasts until breaks)
